💳 The Credit Economy Explained

Credits are the only currency in the system — earned by hosting ads, spent by running them, and purchasable with crypto.

An advertiser whose balance can't cover an impression/click has their active ads auto-paused; a balance that hits zero pauses everything. Every movement is recorded in an append-only credit ledger with a running balance, so history is always auditable.

Funding Your Account

The Fund Account page lets a member buy credits with crypto via Coinremitter (default rate: 100 credits per $1, configurable). A purchase creates an invoice, redirects the member to Coinremitter's hosted payment page, and a webhook confirms payment server-to-server before crediting — the webhook payload is never trusted directly, so it's only used to look up the invoice and re-verify status via their API.
